Riyadh Tech Conference 2026 to Attract Global Technology Leaders, Expected to Draw 201,000 Visitors
The Saudi capital Riyadh is preparing to host the LEAP 2026 conference, one of the world’s premier technology gatherings, from March 9-12 next year, with expectations of attracting more than 201,000 visitors, 1,000 speakers, and 1,900 investors.
The organizing body announced that the conference comes at a time when the global tech sector is seeking new opportunities for growth, investment, and integration, with a focus on the role of innovation in shaping economies, sectors, and communities.
Prominent Global Speaker Lineup
The speaker list for the fifth edition of the conference includes a distinguished group of global technology leaders, including Matt Garman, CEO of Amazon Web Services; Justin Hotard, CEO of Nokia; Tariq Amin, CEO of Humain; and Andrew Feldman, CEO of Cerebras Systems.
Also participating are Han Gieska Bax, Vice President of Ernst & Young, and Chandra Donaldson from the US Space Force, with a focus on topics such as artificial intelligence, data, and advanced technologies.
Specialized Platforms and Investment Programs
The conference offers an expanded program across more than 20 platforms covering fields including climate, health technologies, fintech, space technologies, and smart cities, with presentations of solutions and practical applications.
The investor and startup program brings together startups and investors across 60 technology sectors, with participation from the Public Investment Fund, the Saudi Company for Ventures, 500 Global, Rakuten Capital, and 20VC, in addition to awards worth $1 million.
Record Numbers and Cumulative Achievements
Since its launch in 2022, the LEAP conference has attracted a total of more than 688,000 participants across four editions, with 2,480 startups and 6,200 companies participating, along with more than 5,000 investors.
Organizers reported that the 2025 edition witnessed deals and announcements worth approximately $14 billion, while the conference’s economic impact reached $820 million.

Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, said: “LEAP has witnessed accelerated development over the past four years and has contributed to supporting talent, investment, and innovation. We expect further success for this leading event, within a scene that reflects the continuous development of the technology sector and continues to inspire creatives from around the world.”
The new edition will feature executives and innovators from global companies including Google, Amazon Web Services, Luma AI, Advanced Micro Devices, Qualcomm, Cisco, Lenovo, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Huawei, Foxconn, and Cerebras Systems, alongside national companies including STC, Aramco, Elm, Alat, and Humain.
The conference also includes specialized events such as DeepFest and GameX Creative and Sports Technologies, affirming its position as a leading global destination for technological innovation.
